What we keep, and why
Proof & Prompt is the website of Dr. Radhakrishnan V K, Kanchipuram. This page explains, in plain words, what it keeps about you. Last updated 25 October 2026.
If you follow (sign in with Google)
- What we keep: your name, email address and Google profile picture, the date you joined, when you last visited and how many times, and whether you want emails about new notes.
- Why: to show you the full notes and downloads, to know who reads them, and, only if you say yes, to email you when a new note is posted.
- What we never do: sell or share your details, send advertising, or see your Google password. Sign-in is handled by Google.
If you send a message
Your name, email and message are kept so that Dr. Radhakrishnan can read and reply to them.
